Hijama (a.k.a. bekam)
According to Abu Hurairah r.a., our Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. said, “If there is good in one thing which cures you it is cupping”.
Last night, I tried my first ever cupping at one Darul (something) in Bandar Puteri, Kelang off KESAS highway. I had three cuppings at my neck area, and looking at the blood coming, thick and black, erghh…
Anyway, my neck felt a bit relief now. Should I have time, I will have the whole of my back and maybe some part of the head for more cuppings.

Sesetengah org cuba therapy lintah, pacat etc. they claimed that these thing absorb darah kotor dalam badan. How that they know which part of blood that really ‘kotor’ & need to be removed from our body? And for your info, the air bisa yg biasa keluar dari badan kerana luka atau infection is actually our normal blood plasma, it’s not a bad thing in our body system. Renung-renungkan..=)
